IGNOU Admission 2012-2013 for M.Ed, B.Ed in special education eligibility criteria
To apply for M.Ed in special education program
: Candidate must have passed B.Ed in Special Education (BEDSE) or equivalent degree recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with minimum 50% marks and two years of teaching/ professional experience after completion of BEDSE or equivalent degree.
To apply for B.Ed in special education program
: Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
How to apply for IGNOU Admission 2012-2013 for M.Ed, B.Ed in special education
Application form and prospectus can be obtained from the headquarters and all the regional centers of the university by sending a sum of Rs.550 through a demand draft in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi or city of the concerned regional center or by paying Rs.500 in cash at the sale counters. Last date for receipt of request of prospectus by post is December 23, 2011
Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website www.ignou.ac.in and sent along with a draft for Rs.550 in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi by registered/ speed post to Registrar (SED), IGNOU Maidan Garhi. Prospectus will be sent to such applicants after receipt of Rs.550.
Entrance test application form to be submitted only to Registrar, Student Evaluation Division (SED), Block 12, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 latest by 31st December, 2011

• Last date for submission of Entrance Test Application Form (At SED, IGNOU): 30th December, 2011
• Entrance Test: 5th February, 2012
• Declaration of result (On IGNOU website): 5th May, 2012
• Last Date of Submission of Admission Form: 10th June, 2012 (Tentative)(At Regional Center)
• Counseling & Admission (At Regional Center): 12th July, 2012 (Tentative)
