There are different rounds of Indian Idol, regional round is basic and then theatre round, piano round, wild card round and finally the final 12 comes out for the show.
Indian Idol is the the first reality show where the talent hunt started from all over India and now even Indian talent from South East Asia is also searched.
The Indian idol singing competition starts from the regional audition round, which is held at various regions like Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and other cities.
Registration for Indian idol 5 will be done via sms to 52525 or calling at number 5052525, after registration in Indian idol 5, the contestants will be called for regional audition to perform any song in any language without musical support.
How to prepare for audition of Indian idol
The contestants of Indian idol should prepare at least two songs which they have to perform either full song or partial depending upon the judge. The song will be without music neither recorded or live music is allowed.
The contestants who are selected in regional audition will be intimated by producer and will go to next level that is theatre round of Indian idol 5.
Producer are not liable to inform unselected candidates. No travel allowance will be given to participate in regional audition of Indian idol.
The contestant should reach the place informed to them for regional audition in time, however at the stipulated place there is no time fixed time when your turn will come.
All over the India and South east Asia 100 contestants will be selected for next level that is theatre round of Indian Idol which will be at Mumbai.
There has been several Delhi boys and girls doing too well but failed to get the due place, so this time pull up your socks and sing with full heart, whole Delhi and NCR will back up if you are prepared enough for Indian Idol 5.
